Flooding in Harris Park

Heavy rainfall caused the Thames River to overflow its banks in Harris Park, located near downtown London, Ontario.

Persistent rain over a number of days meant water levels rose quickly. These photos were taken in the same place on Friday, May 5th and Saturday, May 6th.

This complicated things for trail-users, whose path was entirely blocked by the wider river. RWH_3297
