2017 Law Enforcement Torch Run


Officers and athletes took to the streets for the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run on Canada Day in London. Members of the London Police Service and the Ontario Provincial Police, along with Special Olympics athletes carried the Flame of Hope across the city and into the opening of the London Nationals July 1st game.


The Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics is a global organization focused on championing acceptance and inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities. Since its inception in 1987, the effort has raised more than $35,000,000 and improved countless lives.
